Nano ry invites members to relax and socialize in the club room called charge state at YNC208, accessible during the Nanoscience Center’s open hours. Inside, you’ll find coffee and tea available for members, along with a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding or studying. Various card games are ready to play, but members are welcome to bring their own games to add to the fun. It’s a great spot to meet others in the field, connect over shared interests, and take a break between classes or study sessions.
Club room guidelines
- Opening Hours: The room is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Keep it Tidy: Please clean up after yourself. Throw away your trash and remove any personal items from the fridge when you’re done. Mark and date your food items, as the fridge is emptied regularly.
- Using Equipment: Feel free to use the TV and other equipment. Remember to bring your laptop if you plan to connect it (an HDMI cable is available).
- Games and Relaxation: Card games and board games are available, and you’re welcome to bring your own games to share.
- Coffee and Tea Policy: The charge officer is responsible for organizing coffee and tea service.
- Charge Officer: A board member responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the club room.
Currently, coffee and tea are available in the room. When supplies run out, we’ll start a “coffee fund” for those who wish to enjoy a warm drink. The designated charge officer will manage the collection of this fund and use it to restock coffee and tea as needed.
