Rekisteritietoja s\u00e4ilytet\u00e4\u00e4n yhdistyksen tunnuksen takana Google Drive -palvelussa, jonka digitaalisesta tietoturvasta huolehditaan asiaankuuluvasti. Rekisterinpit\u00e4j\u00e4 huolehtii siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 tallennettuja tietoja sek\u00e4 palvelun k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeuksia ja muita henkil\u00f6tietojen turvallisuuden kannalta kriittisi\u00e4 tietoja k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n luottamuksellisesti ja vain niiden vastuuhenkil\u00f6iden toimesta, joiden vastuualueeseen se kuuluu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Tarkastusoikeus ja oikeus vaatia tiedon korjaamista<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jokaisella rekisteriss\u00e4 olevalla henkil\u00f6ll\u00e4 on oikeus tarkistaa rekisteriin tallennetut tietonsa ja vaatia mahdollisen virheellisen tiedon korjaamista tai puutteellisen tiedon t\u00e4ydent\u00e4mist\u00e4. 4. Legal bases and the purpose of handling of personal information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The association has a legal right to handle personal information according to the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU (GDPR). The purpose of handling personal information is to maintain a membership register and add members to the association\u2019s official email list. This information is not used for automatic decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Data content of the register<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Information saved in the register is: Complete full name, date of accession, and the city of residence of the member. The information will be retained for the duration of the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Source of information according to GDPR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The information retained in the register is provided by the member by filling an electronic form during their accession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Releasing the information outside of EU- or ETA-countries according to GDPR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The information is not released outside of the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Principles of protecting the register<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The register is handled with care and diligence and the information processed through information systems will be protected accordingly. Register data will be retained on a Google Drive account of the association, with due consideration for digital data security. The owner of the register is responsible for making sure that the retained information and the access rights to the servers and other information relevant to the safety of personal information are handled confidentially and only by the authorized personnel of the owner of the register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. The right to revise and demand correction of personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every member listed in the register has the right to review their information retained in the register and request the correction of any erroneous information or completion of any incomplete data. If a person wishes to review the information stored about them or request corrections, they shall send a request to the register owner via email. The register owner may, if necessary, ask the requester to verify their identity. The register owner will respond to the individual within the timeframe stipulated by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (typically within one month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Other rights concerning the handling of personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Individuals listed in the register have the right to request the removal of their personal data from the register, often referred to as ‘the right to be forgotten.’ Similarly, data subjects have other rights in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be submitted via email to the register owner. If necessary, the register owner may ask the requester to verify their identity.
